This makes us perfect for festivals, concerts, productions, and large corporate events.
We do both! In addition to our fully equipped food trucks, we also offer pop-up setups. Consequently, we adapt to any type of event or venue. Whether it’s indoors, outdoors, corporate, private, or festival-scale.
Yes. Our minimum is $2,500 + taxes and fees. This is because this ensures we can deliver the quality, staff, and premium experience Waku Food is known for.
Most of our catering packages include 3 hours of service. However, if you need us longer, additional hours are available at an extra cost, detailed in your quote.
Absolutely! In other words, with advanced notice, we can adjust or design a custom menu to fit your event’s needs—from vegan and vegetarian options to fully tailored experiences.
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for festivals, weddings, and large productions.
But don’t worry — if we have availability, we also accept last-minute bookings.
